"Arrived at Wendy’s on 3/15/24 at 20:15 to dine in bc I haven’t had Wendy’s in a good while and wanted some chili…The lobby was LOCKED and I damn sure wasn’t waiting in the line that was wrapped around the building for it….WENDYS NEEDS TO GET EMPLOYEES THAT WANT TO WORK."

"This is the worst Wendy's ever. They are not even busy and it is taking forever to get our food. At least the fries were hot. No paper towels in the restroom, no ketchup in the dispenser. The employees looked very unhappy."

"My 3 Cobb salads had old spoiled eggs & black old chicken in it, I will never go to this restaurant ever again!!! u just don’t serve ppl sour, old funky eggs come on now, I’ll just remain going to The Brandon, Ms. Branch where it’s ALWAYS fresh"

"I always order a mobile drive thru order, and I know the drive thru is always slow.. so, I don’t mind waiting…when I got to the speaker I was asked to come in, and I was confused and was expecting a reason, BUT the employee kept repeating the same statement WHILE her manager was yelling in the background..I had already waited in line for 10-15. My little sister went in the store and got the food.. the food was wrong and she said the employees were rude and they treated the other customers rude as well.. We ended up being at Wendy’s for an entire hour. I don’t usually write reviews, but hopefully management can make some improvements so their staff is not under so much stress, they can get the proper training, or even hire more workers.."

"Service slooooooooow. Line inside and drive through were looooong. No sorry for waiting or compensation for waiting. Food was tasty and fresh. The pumpkin spice Frosty was all fake flavoring that tasted nothing like pumpkin. Tastedore like maple syrup. Fries were good. Pricing was good on their specials. Sorry, we do not plan on going there again."
