"I paid 33.00 to have a sandwich delivered that could be made at home. Cucumber tomato salad had 2 tiny pieces of cucumber, in half empty small container. Sad to say that Subway would have been a better choice. Never thought I’d ever be saying that."

"Went into the McAlisters in Clinton on New Years Day. Very nice staff behind the counter, they took real good care of us. Our orders were made quickly and as always the sweet tea is like a hug in a glass, makes you feel like you went to grandma's house (w/o the alcoholic cousin). Food was delicious and we refilled our teas on the way out. They look like they really love their jobs here. Our family had a wonderful time. The spud Max is definitely tasty. We also had the club and the tortilla soup."

"My mom ordered a chicken salad sandwich and the bread had mold on the bottom. Was not offered a refund.."

"This is ridiculous how lazy these people are. They act as if they can not read at all. My order was wrong. I paid almost $9 for a sandwich and was given nacho chips in a container. My veggie spud had Hardly any topping and most definitely not the extra toppings that I paid for. Then the Little night shift manager didn’t even apologize for my order being completely wrong and not how I ordered. She could not supposedly refund by money since it was an online order. The service and quality here is below standards. Avoid at all cost."

"Since COVID, every time I come to this location, the service is bad and food is slapped together. I ordered a club sand which, no tomato, and I got this slapped together thing. plus they forgot the bacon. But I know they weren't out of bacon because my mom's salad had bacon. My sisters pizza was burnt. Customer service is terrible. Other customers were complaining while waiting. I won't be giving this location another chance. I feel like my money has been wasted."
