"This location continues to do dishonest business by selling specialty pizzas with missing ingredients but never telling the customer. Recently I bought two large greek pizzas and when my family and I took our first slices (4 - 5 total) we realized there was no feta cheese on the greek pizza. This has happened before. This time I took the pizzas back! When I returned them the manager/s admitted they had been out of feta cheese for “a long time” but they still refused to return my money even though they KNEW what they had done. This store is badly run and casts a negative light on the Mazzios brand. Whoever owns the franchise needs to stop thieving from the locals and make sure their staff stops doing the same. I mean what are these people doing? Stealing the feta cheese and other ingredients and taking them home for their own use? Seems ridiculous but makes you wonder why they work so hard to cover up the sales of wrongly made products. THEY REFUSED TO RETURN MY CASH PAYMENT!!!!!! For pizzas that were NOT custom orders but ACTUAL pizzas from their OWN MENU that WERE NOT MADE CORRECTLY! And they had the audacity to act like I was asking for an unusual service to be sold what I ordered off the menu! This selling of a false product in hopes no one will figure it out is not acceptable. I want my money back, Mazzios. I don’t want a coupon. I don’t want free pizzas. I want my money back! And I’m done dealing with these lying, cheating, thieves!"

"I went with a friend to eat there. We both independently arrived at the conclusion that this restaurant is average at best. I say average and not below average because when my friend complained about his order they gave him an alternative option. The chef came to him and ask for his inputs in that process, too. But overall, and an satisfactory experience. The person standing by the order taking counter had difficulty explaining what comes with specific combos. I ordered one type of pizza but I got another type. The food came with an abnormally high amount of salt. Prices were typical for the kind of restaurant, if not a little higher."

"THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD WITH A MAZZIOS I CAME HERE THE PIZZA HAD BARELY NO CHEESE AND WAS JUST THROWED TOGETHER AND VERY NASTY CRUST WAS HARD PASTA HAD NO MEAT EVERYTHING WAS COLD AND NOT GOOD AT ALL NO CHEESE FOR SALAD BAR EMPLOYEES WERE VERY RUDE AND MANAGER GETTO THEY I ATE IN IT WAS NOT CLEAN SALAD BAR LOOKED A MESS THIS WHOLE PLACE JUST MADE MY STOMACH HURT I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN !!! DID I MENTION BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!"

"Came to the buffet at 5pm actually made it a little before 5pm. The pizza that was served was horrible it didn't seem fresh and it was HARD with a burnt taste. I ordered wings, they were not fresh seem like they were already made. Don't get me wrong their wings are good! I paid for a salad bar and used the ranch and it was a piece of curled hair in my ranch. I asked for the manager he was professional about the situation but I don't think I will be coming back."

"The food is fine, although to be fair I pretty much always order the same thing, and I don't eat here often. The staff is fine. However, last couple of times I've ordered delivery the pizza came with a decent amount of the topping on the side of the box. It's perfectly, fine, but I think I stick with carryout from now on."
