"Can anticipate good service about 2 out of every 5 visits, not sure why but there seems to be no workers present around 2-3 am to take orders but the lights are usually on like they're ready to provide a service."

"Very good experience. Every employee that passed by you greeted you, real friendly. They asked if we didn't want to use the app or kiosk, and I declined, so they took my order in person and offered a reminder that the app offered a lot of deals. The food was good. Only knock was the men's room sink didn't work, so they had hand sanitizer out until the repairman arrived. Not a fan of that in a food operation."

"This restaurant has a couple of workers who do not have good customer service. It was early morning around 8:30 or 9 am. I ordered a large Carmel Mocha with my order. This one young lady came from the back screaming in a rude tone, Who ordered a large Carmel Mocha. I quietly stated I did. I guess she did not hear me and said it was louder, and the workers around her informed her that I ordered the coffee. She the inform me rudely, our hot machine is not working. She did not give me options. She just walked away. Now mine you I had paid for this and I had to ask for my money back. She was wearing a Macdonald shirt with a scarf as if she were management. After all that, my fries were not fresh and tasted old."

"It was 4am, tired and weary, and the lobby was supposed to be closed. Our ambulance wouldn’t fit through and the kind souls inside let us in. Idc what the food looks like they deserve the love. Savior thank you. Listen five star review on Google yeah"

"Walked in to one table in the store. 4 team members in an area of the dining area having a meeting, I would assume. A lady from the table goes to the counter for extra creamer. She waited about 5min. Then I motioned to her where they were at. She walks over into their view, but still no service. I had to say "Excuse me" and point to the lady. My wife ordered an egg Mcmuffin, entered our table number, and we sat down. We waited about ten minutes, then she went to the counter and waited about another 2 min. As for the location itself. There were multiple dirty tables, and the floor was not clean in multiple places that you could notice. The food and coffee were good."
