"This place made a COMPLETE MESS of my dog !! Prior to the cut I asked specifically to NOT give Rose a "Poodle" cut. Just a neatness trim, 1 length all around. Except her ears, I asked for "teddy bear" ears. Later, I picked Rose up, went outside and found her to have a "Poodle" cut and VERY short. I brought her back and asked very politely if she could "fix" it. She was very rude to me at that point but didn't take the dog. The pictures attached will show what the results were. I very strongly DO NOT recommend this place. By the way, this was the only place for miles that would take new clients. I now know why."
