"The rooms are clean, but smell like smoke, even though they are nonsmoking rooms. We could see the ocean from our room, even though it is a few blocks away. It is close to a the beach, a short drive, shopping, the aquarium, restaurants, and other attractions. There's a frig and microwave in the room. They do not have a pool or hot tub. The staff is nice and they check to make sure they can return your deposit before you leave, so you know what to expect. If you're getting it back, they send the refund to your card immediately and make sure to let you know it can take up to 10 days before it actually processes back on the card, if you pay with debit. There was only one towel bar in the bathroom, not even a hook to hang a second towel, and the sink stopper was missing, which is important if you wear contacts and need to clean them. Overall, we were satisfied and it's a really good price for the location."

"Desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. We were pulling a boat and he gave us the best place to park. Morning coffee was hot and ready. Hotel lobby was welcoming and nicely decorated for the fall season."

"I only gave it a star because there is no option for less. Poor service. Almost didn't let us get our room because they said only 4 people could stay in a double queen room we are a family with 3 small kids 2 sleep in one bed and the baby sleeps with us. I've never had a hotel tell us that. And we travel for work often. Next thing that was terrible was the breakfast. It says breakfast with your room. It was a bowl with dingdongs and little chocolate chip muffins and a bowl of old oranges and apples. So gross. I couldn't believe the price of this place for the extremely low quality of everything, room, customer service and amenities if you can even call them that."

"I only left one star because I couldn’t leave negative stars. This place is a complete dump, paper thin walls….. literally can hear everything in the other rooms, filthy, no a/c, and just one step above a crack house. Should have just slept in the car, would have been a better choice."
