We are a thriving physician-owned rural health clinic that cares for approximately 5,000 patients and families. Our services include full-scope pediatric primary care for ages 0-18 years, as well as behavioral health, pediatric nutrition, and family care services. Our bilingual front and back-office teams are dedicated to providing compassionate care to our patients.

Woodburn is located in the beautiful North Willamette Valley with easy access to various outdoor activities and attractions. New patients are always welcome at Woodburn Pediatric Clinic, and same-day appointments are available if you call early in the morning. We offer a discounted/sliding fee schedule and no one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay. Remember to bring all current medications and insurance cards to each visit.

Our clinic hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:00am to 7:00pm, Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday from 9:00am to 12:00pm for urgent care only. We are closed on Sundays. We look forward to serving you and your family at Dr. Kim R. Wentz, MD.
