"I have had to go here a few times. Everyone was courteous and friendly. The nurse practitioners took their time explaining my situation. The wait time was minimal. I'm glad we have one so close to where I live."

"Went there hour before close time. For my son and we’re denied care. Per lady in the other side she said the booked one the Am. When clearly in there site states walk ins welcomed. Clearly there webpage needs correction."

"So completely disappointed! I was waiting on results of an X-ray and the doctor said he’d call me back no later than than the next day. He never called me back. I left several messages for days’ and still didn’t get any response, not even from an assistant. The results on my chart are vague and I just wanted to know what it actually means. Also, the doctor did cuss quite a bit. I think he was probably trying to be relatable... but it was just a bad look."

"I cant share anything as the receptionist blocks all attempts to get care. 3 times in a year. Salem Clinic contacts with my insurance, it is the urgent care I am directed to but I am blocked and told there are other urgent care clinics in town I can call. Why are their appointments necessary for Urgent care, isn't the idea URGENT? I'd rather call a lawyer than Salem Clinic Woodburn Urgent Care. Save yourselves."

"I'm so glad I went here! After some frustrating experiences trying to be seen in Salem, I tried here and couldn't be more pleased! Dr. Raneiro was great - very personable, knowledgeable and thorough. I felt confident that he knew what he was doing. He listened well and wasn't in a hurry. From the front desk staff to other assistants, everyone was friendly and efficient. The clinic was not busy at all. It was a peaceful, pleasant place. While I hope not to need urgent care in the future, if I do, it's worth the drive from Keizer!"
