"It appears to me that Legacy Health corporate has a policy of never admitting mistakes or holding employees accountable their investigations into matters don’t contact witnesses or use an unbiased moderator! You have to file a medical malpractice claim and ask for a moderator to actually get a true investigation with witnesses corporate will only go off medical records! And the Drs like cops fudge records to look squeaky clean!"
