"Went in for a blood Draw with an appt and Carol the receptionist was extremely rude to everyone saying "I'm only one person and the only one here" when no one was being rude to her just asking time frames. After waiting thru several walk ins going ahead of me even though I have been waiting 45 minutes past my appt time I went up to ask how much longer and she said I made need to reschedule. Seriously!!! Worst customer service ever and no need to rude."

If you or your loved one are seeking councling this is not the place to do it. Legacy health you need to do a more extensive evaluation of your healthcare professionals. Just because someone has a degree does not make them fit to work with people in this type of setting."
