"I understand they are trying to go home. But if you are going to turn patients away at an earlier time, then maybe you should update your intake patient hours. Emergencies are unexpected, I took my child with a severe ear ache only to be turned away at 5:50 due to fully booked. They referred me to the other urgent care which is Best Med. and for them to stop taking patients at 6 pm. Due to capacity. You all need to figure it out or update hours. Very inconvenient!!!"

"receptionist nice friendly But Best was Sandi who took my vitals doctor assistant really appreciated her friendly positive manner Also doctor Angela was Awesome took time to explain about virus being careful around my husband w new pacemaker etc!! this is why we come to this urgent care instead on private on down the street from us!! also appreciated Dr Angela had my oxygen records so could compare to my last visit thats awesome! i am retired from Delta airlines as Customer Service rep so i always like to compliment when receive great customer service which is getting rarer now a days these two ladies were above and beyond really appreciated them today"
