"Had to call them about my freight they had been sitting on their dock for 3 days. Scheduled an appointment, they made a point to make it on a Wednesday because I am off on Monday-Tuesday. Julie called 2:30 pm Wednesday with a story they tried to deliver on Tuesday? I was off Tuesday which they told me at the time had to be Wednesday. Then they told me the driver could not get his truck down North Bank rd. Unfortunately that is not true I have received 100's of large truck deliveries, there is even a turnaround at the end of the street for 18 wheelers. I waited 3 months because they lost the first shipment now I have to wait another week and I am supposed to meet them somewhere to do the delivery myself. I believe I dealt with Julie who can give a care how this inconvenienced a customer or how I could put 700# piece of equipment in a car? After I got the care less attitude from Julie I phoned the merchant to just refund me the $2500 I will deal with someone else. Hopefully this will cost the merchant $500-600 dollars shipping for a delivery never made and maybe as she told me on the phone they will not use Saia freight line for anything further. Use UPS or Estes Express lines Saia can give a flip."
