"Wow! I have been sitting here waiting for my food for 35 minutes. Why tell customers it is only going to take 10 minutes if it's going to take 40? I am a diebetic with 6 starving children and its a school night and its almost 9 pm!!!!! A refund would be nice. And my food. Mmmkay??? Riiiiggghhhtt...."

"They told me that Italian Cheese Bread was not available right now.. I asked why not, the kid told me that he didn't know. I said can I speak to the Manager. A guy finally came out and told me that ICB is not on their system so they can't sell it. I said it is on your menu and on all of the advertisements throughout the store, but not on your computer. I think that they just didn't want to make it."

"My regular location at Seneca Rd was closed, so I went here for a quick bite. This location is HORRIBLE at making pizza. It's insanely flat, undercooked, and flat out bad. All their pizzas looked like this. This store is ran by people who absolutely cannot make pizza, and makes Seneca Rd's minor flaws look like nothing. They can at least make the pizza. Why bother being open? If people want little Caesars, I advise Seneca Rd's location."

"This place used to have great service. It’s been sub par for years now. Rarely are pizzas actually “hot n ready”. We gave up on trying to get hot n ready pizzas and started placing orders ahead of time. Even when our orders are placed ahead of time they have yet to be ready to go when we come to pick them up. Today we placed our order at 330 pm and still had to wait when we showed up to pick it up at 5pm. We will start using a different little Caesar’s location from now on."

"I hate this store. Every time I order a side sauce they forget it. When I grab my order out of the coded warmer and ask them for it, they act like I'm bothering them. These folks hate their job, which I understand. This is obviously a management problem. Nothing about this whole business model is convenient. Which is why we order it. Fire the management and your employees won't feel like it's a prison sentence to show up for work every day."
