"I've never seen young people move so slowly, and after waiting 15 minutes in line I get told "we have to do this online order first." I'm never coming back here. Update: I made the mistake of giving this place a second chance. The employees are still slow and inattentive to what I'm asking for on my sandwich. And it was hard to hear anything over the loud, profanity-laden music coming from the back of the shop. Lesson learned."
"Never coming back here! It’s horrible Employees are pretty bad, I would be embarrassed to have employees like that running my business. Places was uncomfortably warm, Stood in line 10 minutes waiting just to order! employee says “what” every time I talk… literally repeat everything I’m saying for her to put on the sandwich… food looked bad, emptier bins with degraded food, like it had been out way too long. The sandwich looked awful, never had a subway sandwich look like that when finished. Trying to pay was a nightmare as the people in front of me wanted their receipt because they messed up their food so bad, but the printer was jammed and the employee didn’t have the intellect to fix it… waited 5 minutes just to pay yet he couldn’t muster the brain cells to fix it… unbelievable I had to walk out and won’t ever go back"
"Just got back with my order and they managed to mess up every single one of the sandwiches I ordered. Two of my sandwiches simply contained tomatoes and pieces of bacon. Employees don't care. Two weeks ago I had my online order stolen from the rack and as I was waiting while they remade my sandwich, the same person who stole my order was allowed to walk in and take everything from the rack. I do not trust this location, anymore."
"I ordered through the website two weeks ago and it didn't take the option for me to toast my sandwich. When I called to ask them to make it toasted (I called within about a minute of sending the order online) they refused to toast the sandwich. I don't like the particular sandwich I ordered cold, so I asked for a refund, and they also refused, saying it has to be done on the website. The website literally has no option to request a refund, you have to email customer service, and the only thing the Goggins Family (who owns this particular Subway) said was "thanks for your feedback." (This was yesterday, which is why I'm writing this review now). As a side note, I'm not a Karen, I'm autistic, and my fast food options are *very* limited bc food can be a sensory nightmare. So thank you, Goggins Family, for effectively stealing the only food money I had that day, refusing the simple request of toasting my sandwich, and refusing to refund my order. Really great way to show that you support autistic people during Autism Awareness Month."
"I managed fast food for 12 years so I tend to let stuff go and not complain. This time I'm pretty upset with what received and our last visit wasn't much better. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and I got bread cheese 4 olives 3 green peppers and a couple onions and a little ranch and the other 2 sandwiches weren't much better. I've never got sandwiches from subway this horrible ever"
