"The person who took my order was nice. However, his superiors, the ones wearing the black collared shirts, were incredibly rude to not just other workers but to customers. Even something as small as a mistake with the food was met with hostility. This store definitely needs better management. My food had errors, but I REALLY didn't want to keep dealing with the short tubby one in the mask."

"Horrible customer service. I purchased a meal and then asked to use the restroom. I was informed that I had to be a paying customer to use their facilities. I let him know twice that I was a paying customer. He still played the power trip by brow beating me once again. One of the worst experiences in a so called restaurant."

"Me and my family decided to give this establishment a try after 7hrs of Christmas Shopping. What a mistake not only did we wait 32 minutes for our meals cold food and lying staff it was so bad another customer told them to stop lying and do better when they told me 3 times "were just waiting for your fries" if I wasn't a 3 strike candidate I for sure would of slapped them fat boy so hard there unborn kids would of been born with head trauma these clowns were high fiving each other saying good job,no hair nets,stomachs hanging out it was disgusting do better guys...."

"I paid $9 for the wrap combo only for it to arrive without my drink, my fries were not only cold but they were old and not a grain of salt, and the wrap?? More like 3 pieces of lettuce, a chicken nugget and a tortilla… I understand it’s fast food but get real, this is people’s hard earned money and time wasted."

"Got the grossest mozzarella sticks that I thing we're/bad/rotten. Took one bite and it was disgusting and it spit it out. Inside was not the white mozzarella but something off and rotten. Made me afraid to go to any burger king"
