McDonald's,

"The front staff are not friendly, including the one who wear the black dress (hoping they are not the store manager), when pointing out that the crew was using the same tong (they just use a single one) for all foods during the breakfast. They use the same tong for meat, eggs, etc., and seems they don't have proper training on what to use and what not. This could lead to some health conditions for people who don't eat or with not fully cook meat contamination with the one without meat. When questioned about it, they asked us to leave the store even when it was not a mistake on our side. I hope someone can pull the video recordings at the time of this event. Most of the time our breakfast order is messed up with the wrong ingredients. When placing an order for Egg McMuffin with no Canadian bacon, they always put the bacon and when they realize it's with no bacon, they either simply remove the bacon from it and give use back or they make us wait until they make a new one with no bacon. This is not a one-time mistake, they keep doing this more often. I will be putting up a police complaint about this issue as well as how the store is managed or trained with crew."

"Forever waiting, this McDonald’s false window times by pulling everyone through then you sit and wait anywhere from 5-30 minutes to get cold stale food and melted drinks. It’s worth it to drive out to the one in Coburg"

"Keep charging $0.25 per BBQ sauce and I'll keep taking entire bags of unlimited ketchup from your store and throwing them away. What would you rather give me? 2 BBQ or an entire bag of ketchup?"

"Waited on my drive thru order for 30minutes and they still got my order wrong and then, I came home and my sons burger was a mess all the sauce was on the side and all on the wrapper. When I called them to complain I was told there are only 4 people working and 2 of them are in training. Also they said they didn’t see my order till later, which is funny cause I drove thru drive thru and told them my mobile number."

"They screwed up my order and when I went in the counter person acted like it was my fault. When she brought the correct order she literally threw it at me. They often have had people wait 5-10 minutes for them to bring out their order because the owners forced them to use a “skeleton” crew. They raised their prices about every other week. Their cost savings on labor and the exorbitant prices for their often cold meals are going to cost them in the long run. I’m not only sour on this McDonald’s, I’ll dumpster dive before I eat at any Macdonald’s."
