"Only half of my order was fulfilled despite the email notice saying all of it had been shipped. When questioned about it, I was told the rest would be shipped the following week. When I reached out again the following week I got no response. I have since requested a refund on the unfulfilled portion and have also received no response."

There was a mix-up in the factory and I received a product in the wrong color. I emailed and Landon got right back to me. I called to ask a question and Landon went out of his way to not only answer my question, but found me a solution to get my products I was waiting on quickly and ahead of schedule. One of the best and most professional customer service experience I have ever had. Bought these as a gift and I will now be outfitting my golf bag with their covers, without question. Product quality is great, the people there are even better. Buy from them, you won’t regret it!"

"I ordered a "Golf On the Moon" limited headcover on release day, and had noticed some delays, as the order was placed on the 5th of FEB. but i reached out to customer support making sure my order wasn't lost or missed. It had slipped my mind that the limited release covers are fully built to order. Landon Joy reached out to me from customer service and was very professional assuring me that the order was still in Que and outside forces had delayed the production. very excited to see the cover come in. very happy with the responsiveness of the team at Seamus, and will definitely order more items in the future!"

"I ordered the speciality golf head covers to arrive as a bespoke Christmas present. The courier website specifically gave dates by which you would expect delivery prior to Christmas day. I paid extra $30 to be guaranteed before Christmas. It is now January 15 - I received the parcel today. Plus inconvenienced by having to pick up the parcel and pay extra $25CAD of duty on top of the shipping. Such as shame!"

"We have ordered twice now from Seamus and the product is amazing and beautiful quality. However, both times we have experienced significant delays in the ordering, upwards of 7 weeks for product to arrive. We have reached out only to be met with excuses and blaming couriers."
