"Old Navy is not what is used to be. This store is very dirty, not taken care of at all. Long wait times. Employees look warn out and do not offer assistance. Looks worse then a TJ Max now. Dust and trash everywhere. Nothing is neat and tidy. Clothes are extremely overpriced. Will not be going back here."
"Although they were stocked for most I was looking for42 waist in slim line jeans and they were all gone. It was a long wait at the checkout because of a return of about 10 items in front of me and one sales associate but he Finally called for help. Store was nice and organized though and clean."
"They start closing before closing. Don't think you can just come in at anytime while they're "open". Couldn't use a fitting room, there's no Quick Change. Seemed like a ghost town. Difficult to find the right size because the shelves are more disheveled than a downtown Portland homeless camp. Disappointed."
