"1 of the workers there was the WORST. Never have I ever been treated in such a way. I use to manage a retail store and if my employee acted that way, he wouldn't have a job. He's lucky my phone was dead and couldn't get video of him acting the way he did. The rest of employees were very nice, but whatever his name was , was the WORST. I am in the process of talking to corporate about him and hopefully that will inspire a change ."
"Good inventory, hours are awesome! Staff is 50/50, depends on the day. The lack of a star is due to closing protocol. I can’t stand being herded like a cow to the front. Then you make eye contact with the sales associate and tell them you are heading up there but grabbing the item in front of you… if your not fast enough they literally start making you feel like you committed a crime. Yes, I know I should not be there exactly at closing but I never hold them up. From a customer service stand point, they really need to work in their tact."
"Have Always enjoyed Ross , Marshalls, TJ Maxx, and Sierra trading . Last week went to do some shopping at Ross for Christmas. I have never seen such a mess in my life clothes thrown everywhere merchandise thrown everywhere no organization to anything. I will never be back, I have never seen this in any other stores in their chain. Get it together!"
"My experience at this Ross was nothing short of awful. After working all night, exhausted, and about to go to work again, this store, more specifically, the ignorant loss prevention woman, and fellow employees made me regret visiting this store. I hear employees walk past me saying, "you called them? Oh good, they're in the area?" and then the loss prevention woman, attempting to be sneaky, following me into isles, picking up random items for sale, etc. I didn't even have a purse with me, first of all. So how was I going to steal anything? Just curious. Not like I was going to put shoes, pants, and shirts in my pocket that was already occupied by my wad of cash, credit cards, and phone. Maybe I was looking a little haggard after working for 10 hours. No reason to make judgemental decisions that impact the way you treat a paying customer. I felt completely uncomfortable, and I will not be returning to this store. Work on your customer service, because the way the loss prevention lady talked to me, was also very unacceptable. Nothing short of rude. Honestly, if I wasn't running out of time to get to work, and needed the things I purchased, I would have definitely walked away from my cart and out of the store. I will not be recommending this store to anyone, or returning. I can only imagine how many thieves actually do get away with stealing while the employees are focused on 1 individual instead of all customers in the store. Figure it out guys."
