The Home Depot 4401 Southwest 110th Avenue, Beaverton, OR 97005

"I love Home Depot and shop there multiple times per week but NEVER purchase any appliances from there unless you have your own installer. They subcontract the delivery and installation to a trucking company and the delivery people have absolutely no clue . I have had many issues with delivery and especially installations , including a $2800 water damage . This is not an overreaction to an incident but a 100% bad track records for 6 purchases. Bellow photo is their dishwasher installation a few months ago . Same issue with two weeks ago refrigerator, they left tons of water on the hardwood floor when hauling the old refrigerator. I have talked to a couple of managers but they said there is not much they can do , they did offer me a $50 gift certificate once though. I have all the details if someone at Homedept is interested in learning but as one of the appliance sales staff said “ sorry honey, I have to deal with this type of issues multiple times per week” ."

"Customer Service Desk: Rude and Hateful Staff, asked a question for some help to get a item from the very top shelf. Lady around 9:00am kept on putting me off and putting me off. I waited for 30 minutes waiting at the customer Service desk for some help. No one showed up and she never made the call. Finally I left 45 mins of standing there. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DONT GO TO THIS HOME DEPOT FOR HELP, CUZ YOU WONT GET HELP FROM NO ONE, THEY ARE ALL TO BUSY BACK IN THE BACK TAKING BREAKS OR TO RUDE TO HELP YOU."

"Customer Service is rude and has poor customer service. Will not return items with out a receipt or card purchased for the items. Even if there is the same bar code on your item as it is on the display shelf. Can't even give me a instore credit. What a bunch of bull. The Home Depot in Tigard gave me a store credit and didn't get mad at me. Never return to this Home Depot again. I'll also let the corporate headquarters know about this."

"Don't rent tools from them. They will rip you off. We paid $150 deposit, and when returning, we paid $75 for the day. We told you it will be 3 days for the deposit to return. It was returned on the 4th, and I never got the refund. My wife went in last week, and the staff at the tool rental counter was rude and disrespectful and would not help her. She had to go thru 3 different people to get something back, which was $98 back, and was also charged insurance that I didn't ask or agree to get."

"Today I was looking for ideas to cover a planter-tub pond on my deck that would keep raccoons out of it at night so they don't eat the fish. I wish I had gotten the name of the very helpful gentleman who walked the store aisles brainstorming ideas for me. He came up with several good ideas and I ultimately went with the pre-cut beveled wood round (that most people would buy to make a side table). It was perfect. This man was extremely helpful, generous with his time, and clearly has excellent problem-solving skills. Yay for me!! Thank you, thank you!!"
