"I love the shoes and prices (especially clearance). However, twice now, I have shown up to shop, only to find the doors locked. The first time it happened around back to school time, I drove out to another store, and was able to find what I needed. Now, a few months later, I wanted to stop by again today, got online to check the hours and it says it opens at 10am. Get here at 10:05, to find doors locked once again ... Only this time, there is a sign on the door saying they open at 11am. I open up Google again, and it says the company confirmed the hours of operation only two weeks ago. I call the store, and the recording also says they open at 10am. There were 3 other cars in the lot: one for curbside pickup, one a lady getting her kids out of the car and I had to tell her they don't open for an hour, so she had to get them back in the car, and another lady loaded up her arms with what appeared to be a couple returns, walks up to the door only to find it locked too. What an inconvenience to all who arrived. Some of us don't live in this town or nearby, and it takes effort and planning to come to the area for shopping. I wonder how much business has been lost simply by not advertising the correct opening times? Some don't have time to wait around. Hopefully you get it figured out soon, because I do like the deals, but it's definitely frustrating when schedules are thrown off by a store's lack of proper information. PS... THREE!! more customers have come, checked the door and left, just in the time it took to post this. **Edited from 3 to 4 stars, because I did find what I needed, for a good price ... "Placed an online order to pick up at this location. I received an email saying my order was ready for pick up. I went in the next day and the sales associate said she couldn’t find my order. She told another co-worker that she didn’t see my order and he said he’d come help if I could wait a minute. After about 10 minutes and the sales associates just glancing my way but not helping, I walked through the store and found the shoes I came in for. When I was in line to check out, there were 2 cashiers, including the initial sales associate who couldn’t see my online order on the shelf. As soon as she was done ringing up the customer, I started to walk up and she walked away. There were at least 5 customers behind me and now just one cashier to ring everyone up. He was nice and he cancelled my online order. All the other sales associates had horrible customer service."

"There are shoes and shoes and shoes and shoes. There is no way you can come in here and NOT leave with the shoes you went in for. So many choices for all, men, women and children. Pretty large selection of boots also. The place could use a good vacuuming. Perhaps they do it at closing? I was in at 430ish pm. It was pretty late in the day. But because it is a "warehouse" I didn't expect anything less. I will definitely be back."

"Great variety and selection. Love when I have the time to browse clearance for some unusual or statement pieces. They don't always have "lower" prices, particularly on famous and designer brands, but are generally at least comparable--and rarely higher, in my experience. Not a big fan of their rewards program because points expire fairly quickly and they seem to make deals tough to use. Still coupons and rewards are helpful when you can take advantage of them."
