"I like this store, but their arts supplies are always disorganized. So I decided to organize it while I was looking for items that I wanted to get. Over the years, I have bought some very good starter kits and finally got the time to get back to my arts hobby in retirement. This is a low investment to explore if you like a hobby or not."
"I get more customer service at Goodwill than I did hear with the exception of loss prevention greeting at the front door. As soon as you come in you can see the line and with that will determine if you will wall the rest of the store. Now I get the fact it's Xmas season, however the mess around the store could use a little more clean up. It was somewhat organized I'm some places making it easier to shop while in others it became a treasure hunt. Their prices is what keeps the people coming so no complaints there. Just needs some more employees to keep certain walking areas clean."
"Sharon was so wonderful! She was so attentive to detail, and wrapped everything so beautifully. We've been shopping at Ross for many, many years and have NEVER had our things taken care of like that. Great job, great service!"
"She was extremely unprofessional in her approach of doing her job. And even after she seen I was a customer . She kept staring. In a very menacing manner. While I was standing in line. And I also could not shop for everything I was looking for. Because she was literally behind me the whole time. If that is the way she is supposed to be doing her job. I will not shop here and advise anybody that uses public transportation or has a backpack and was going to work. To not as well due to discrimination issues. And she was very hostile after I had to take a picture. I would not have took it if she wasn't disrespectful as well following me around the store profusely. And someone else could have been stealing her focus was on me only and even when I was in line waiting to purchase my items. Looking at me standing next to me. In such disgust and hatred when I am just trying to make a purchase. Was not welcomed as a customer and discriminated against. The other doorman person was polite and did not receive this treatment. I was not hostile and handled this in a polite and civil manner I am very humble and they were surprised by my reaction. She was the one very hostile towards me."
