"I don’t live here but I am a caregiver who cares for clients who live in this building and i have seen a drastic change in safety and cleanliness of the building since Guardian management took over. There’s always trash in and around the building and stairwells. I am terrified to get on that elevator due to the concerning shaking/stalling/and banging noises it makes, and will only do so if transporting a client who can’t walk as we have no choice. It seems the management is making their own rules regarding who is allowed to do what. I can constantly smell the sweet smell of food rot, cigarets and cannabis smoke in the building coming from various apartments. Some tenants have aggressive large dogs who would not normally be allowed in any other apartment complex in the area and make it difficult to get into the building and to care for my clients safely. When addressing management about any of these concerns I have been met with hostility and dismissal causing me to have to make multiple reports to adult abuse and neglect and other sources to help my clients maintain having a healthy and safe living space"

"This guy harraassed and tried to attack me with Mace 2 days in a row while walking my dog, and stalked me around the buiding, police report filed, he also does not pick up his dogs poop, put the eye on him. He also followed me into the building when trying to file an incident report, the property manager was not helpful in the moment she could have handed me an incident report, said call the police, and get it back to her later when she's not with a new resident. Furthermore a little dog training 101 if you do not pick up your dogs poop the local dogs will approach your dog because they know it's scent, he's manifesting a situation to use his Mace."

"If I could give this place zero stars that would be what I would rate this Property management group. Absolutely the worst place I have ever lived at. They don’t have a onsite manger anymore and tweakers are stealing laundry out of the laundry mat. When they did have a onsite manger she was never in the office during the normal business hours. Tweakers hanging out in the lobby and trashing the neighborhood. Cops are having to escort or arrest them in order to leave but they just come back. Cars are being broken into outside of the apartment complex and in the parking garage. The last manger was fired and we have nobody to speak too except for the maintenance man. My parking spot was given to another tenant without notice until I was told shortly after seeing someone was in my parking space. Former tenants can still buzz themselves into the building with their phones. There are hardly any Cameras put up to provide Digital surveillance. The cameras that are app don’t work and haven’t worked for years. Did I I mentioned that the rent keeps increasing. I definitely would not recommend this apartment complex due to the drug use of neighbors and criminal activity surrounding us especially if you have kids. It’s pretty sad having to explain to a two-year-old why a man’s laying on the floor in the laundry room or hallway."

"I have lived here shy of a decade and love it. The fact is that nowhere is perfect but WestTown is quite literally as good as it gets. We get issues resolved pretty efficiently, our maintenance people are on top of it & the apartments are really, really nice. We have been through minimal management changes, & rent increases have been in line with the surrounding area/s increases."
