"I've been living here without a working fridge for almost 3 months. Put in an after hours request back in July since our fridge broke down. Was told the property manager would get in touch with me. 2 weeks later in August my wife put in a maintenance request and they finally got ahold of us and said someone would come and check it out. Week later the guy came and told us what we knew that our fridge was in bad shape and that either the property manager would have to order the new part which could take awhile cause of the pandemic or just buy a new one and that they would let the manager know. Now 3 weeks later and multiple phone calls still no working fridge and the same song and dance of we will check on it and get back to you later only to never receive a call back. We have been here 5 years and the last year the management has been completely terrible. We honestly can't leave soon enough, it's obvious after all this time they just want us to leave so they can raise the rent for this apartment and renovate it for the next unsuspecting tenant since they haven't wanted to fix or replace anything for us. Avoid this place at all costs."

"Terrible tenants. Redicilous to find parking especially when certain residents who save parking spots for the people they know so no one else can get a spot forcing you to park across the street which can get your car broken into. Unfortunately management doesn't care cause they don't have to pay for damages caused to personal property. The ones complaining and taking pictures of cars are also the ones who are the first to complain when they can't get a spot to park. Avoid this place like the plague. The neighbours will make your life hell."

"Was reasonably priced for what it was when I moved in. Now as everywhere the rent is just going up every 6-8 months. Pretty soon you'll just be better off buying a house."

"I have lived here for almost two years the management is very honest, helpful and are quick on repairs. All they ask is that you pay your rent on time. I think it's a fair trade."
