"It has black mold. Spiders all over my room and my annoying neighbors are always screaming hood brook. I don’t recommend. There’s too much mold. It’s the cheapest apartment for a reason"

"My boyfriends truck has had things stolen out of it and has been broken into while in our designated parking spot right outside. And last night the truck we had been borrowing while his was fixed was stolen. I have never felt so unsafe living anywhere in my life. The theft here is so prominent I don’t even trust my neighbors. The office did nothing to help us and seemed to feel it was our own fault when items were stolen from the vehicle. We’re hoping they can take us more seriously this time. If not we will be telling everyone how unsafe it is here."

"My family has lived here for 7 years and we love it. Yeah it might not be the Ritz but it is home. The maintenance guys work very hard to keep the property looking great and when .ever we need maintenance done in our unit they are quick to respond. There is a play ground, lots of sidewalks, green grass and widlife( ducks and birds)."

"Decent apartments for what you pay. As with most places in Oregon, they do have black mold problems. The landlord can be a bit cranky but the staff he hires is always nice and polite. My neighbors are nice people that are easy to get along with too."
