"We’ve been living at Eastman Heights Apartments for 23 years. It’s a nice place to live. It’s quiet. It’s clean. The grounds have always been well tended and maintained. The exteriors have been painted. In 2017, all the original windows were replaced with more energy efficient windows. Vickie has been the manager since 2016. She’s the best we’ve had. We have found that she cares about people, helps with individual needs, and extends herself beyond the job requirements to help out. She responds to maintenance and service requests. She gets right on it, and does what she says. She returns calls and comes up with solutions. She approved starting a community garden and helped make it happen. We appreciate having her as the manager. Greg is the maintenance manager, since 2014. He knows his stuff. He gets things done quickly. They are done right the first time, no need to come back for correction."

"Just dealt with Cherie . She didnt have my daughters application and said" are you sure she turned it in". And foubd it 7min later as she lecture me she can't find it. After findinf it never apologize for the rudness. I would want to have her as a manager. I own a house and a business and treated lower class. So sad. So beware. And i hope management sees this."

"The Manager here Cherie Shawn is just awful, she is beyond rude and just plan disappointing. I have had SEVERAL problems with my neighbors and she has done nothing. I like next door to her and she is so noisy and so obnoxious. She put a inspection notice on our door (which was fine) then proceeded to come AFTER the scheduled time! I was so angry she came in to my place without even notice! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! i can not wait to move!!"

"I've been living here three years. And it's become a dump there is dog poop all over the property the manager does nothing my neighbor smokes weed it comes in my apartment the manager does nothing. So if you decide to move here good luck!!"
