"Gresham Park was a great first apartment when moving to Portland. Requests were mostly on time and quickly answered by maintenance and moving in/moving outexperience was professional and quick. Overall a great place to start apartment living."

"I agree! The landlord is awful! My niece just got a 60 day eviction notice as well. There seems to be no reason for this beside the fact the rent went up 50$. Anyone who wants to kick out a mother of two children for no reason is heartless. Not to mention he has treated her absolutely horrible!!!"

"Spare yourself the trouble. The manager is a complete misanthrope. If you dare to report any maintenance issues, he blames it on you and begins building a case against you for eviction. That's what happened to us. Also, at least as of the time we lived there, the buildings were in gross violation of many city safety codes. I reported the violations and was evicted a month later. The only reason I got my deposit back was legal action. Many former tenants told me that he routinely confiscates deposits and sends bills for fake damages. This place is a slum and not worth your time, money or sanity."

"I lived in two separate units for almost 5 years at Gresham Park Apartments. In my personal experience, the apartments were a great value! I was fortunate to have good neighbors all around. They have had the same manager for a long time, and he has always been good about keeping the trouble makers out! In my opinion, Justin (The Manager) is a fair and reasonable person to conduct tenant/manager business with. My son and I are now moving out to get him into a different school district, otherwise, I would probably STILL live there until I decided to buy a home."
