"I've been living at Alta Civic Station for almost a year. I am impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the staff. The leasing process was smooth and quick, and the team was very nice. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and unique. The tall ceilings and layout make it perfect. The large windows allow for lots of sunlight which my plants love. The appliances are new and high-end, with a huge washer and dryer! Additionally, the dog wash station is super helpful and fits my large dog. I also enjoy the coffee machine they have! Alta Civic Station has great access to public transportation for my son to use and tons of nearby shopping centers. The maintenance staff deserves special recognition. They are prompt, courteous, and efficient in handling any issues that may arise. Whether it's a minor repair or a routine check, they are always on top of things. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new and comfortable home."

"I have lived here since late April and I cannot stress enough how great of an experience I have had here so far. The units give you a luxury experience without the steep pricing. The office staff is amazing with their great communication and awesome urgency on any concerns I have had. Coming from someone who works in housing the staff at Alta Civic Station is the best you can get. The amenities are great things that you wouldn't even think you would need till you have them (dog wash station, fitness center, secured package center, work from home office spaces, etc.). Any maintenance requests we've put in have also always been taken care of promptly and with care. Shy the maintenance supervisor was always friendly whenever he came into the unit to address something and always followed through. I can promise you if this is a place you are interested in, it doesn't get much better than this."

"Was one of the first tenants in this complex back in early 2021, and have loved every minute of it. The complex is quiet, compared to everywhere else I've lived, and the management is fairly quick to respond to any questions/concerns that have arisen. They are somewhat pricier than other apartments around, but worth every penny. The buildings/appliances are new, and a really convenient location."

"I have a bone to pick with whoever designed this place but, that has very little to do with the apartment company itself. The staff are top notch and very compassionate, the cleaning staff comes through every morning at 6am to keep the place spotless and there is a complimentary coffee maker. It’s very clean and nice. I would highly recommend!"
