"Current resident, very content with my home. And this place is very peaceful and pleasant to live In. My landlord is pretty chill, She’s actually very responsive when it comes to maintenance request's. And well she’s very helpful and understanding. I’ve recommended these apartments to many folks who are inquiring for a new apartment. I really do recommend these apartments. Everything is close by. If you enjoy a good jog or just want to enjoy the sunshine when it’s out We have Metzger park within walking distance. Walmart and Winco is a few minutes of a drive and if you are in local transportation 78 is right outside the complex. Everyone is very mellow and friendly keep to themselves kind of neighbors which is a plus for me, I love to enjoy my privacy. Apartments are very spacious and the pool is amazing. Pet friendly and the patio let me tell you Amazing if you like to Garden. Come and check them out. Dont let those old negative reviews fool you."

"New New Update (Dec 2022): The apt mngmt did reach out to me in response to the collection notice and ultimately they were able to furnish proof that I did pay my final bill and was sent to collections in error. Giving them 2/5 stars now for final review. Unacceptable to go through collection in error. I would give 2.5/5 stars if possible because they were prompt in resolution my issue. New Update (2022): I am giving this property one star because I received a collection notice for a final bill I paid over TWO years ago for this dump of a property. I am requesting the management contact me to resolve this issue as I have already paid the final bill. Update: There is new management at Shenandoah and I think they are making the right steps. They worked with me to change my apartment, due to complaints about noise from neighbors above, and the new apartment is much better. The location is great, everything you need is close without the big city commotion."

"poor management, no issues prior to the property manager switch. the new property manager reduced the size of the already overflowing parking lot, and it is impossible to get anyone to answer the phones (never in the office as well). i moved out may of 2021 and contest excess charges from the complex and i still an yet to hear back. i haven’t even received a call back regarding my mail. i was charged for damages that were done to the apartment before i moved in (that were listed on our sheet prior to move in). i was harassed about turning in emotional support pet paper work (i turned in at move in) that was lost in the management switch."

"Lived here for many years, about 9 years. Ever since the old manager left, there has been No urgency or answers from staff. There was never a manager on-site and every time you had an issue, the new manager never had an answer for you. Specially when it had to do with parking. No parking or visitors parking. Dog poo everywhere! Its disgusting! People dont pick up after their dogs and apartment staff doesnt do anything to those tenants. I moved out on 01/31/2020. I got a letter stating I was going to get my deposit back, to this day nothing! I have called the office 3 times, left messages and emailed as well! No one bothers to reach out to me and tell me why I haven't received my deposit. They are very good at raising the rent to tenants, but when it has to do with them returning your deposit money, no one gets back to you!!!!"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE. Management drives around complex all day and looks in Windows all night but never takes care of the trash and the trouble. Laundry room is dirty and half machines don't work and the ones that do are always taken by the same two ladies. Our cat was horrible attacked, his tail almost cut off and beat by what the vet described as a bat like abject. The whole apartment floor was rotting out so that it tilted inward we had to get magnets to hold kitchen cabinets closed. The bathroom floor was so rotted it was falling in and it took two month the repair man there and then he spent two weeks doing it. Part of that time he was busy exploring our things instead of working. When we moved they charged me for carpet cleaning, flea bombs and new carpet. It came to 1,396.00 they never provided receipts but sent the bill directly to collects three weeks after we moved out."
