"While I've just gotten here it's definitely not a bad place! Not luxury but if you're getting luxury at this price you're leaving without a kidney, so it's fine. Odd smells but what you'd expect, room had a weird cleaner smell but it wasn't overpowering or upsetting Nessecities are perfectly fine I havent had any problems with service yet, had a silly problem but the guy who came over was very casual and comforting Our room phone works very poorly, but it works Maybe I just formerly lived at a very bad apartment, but everything is an improvement, like how much grass there is for my dog to explore and use. The locations odd for walking but good for being a place to live in, but I think I might just be generally disoriented lol"
"We needed a place to stay that accepted dogs. Our power was out and we could not stay at our house. We needed a warm place and wifi. I thought this was a reasonable place and would be clean but it was filthy. Fortunately the wifi worked and the heat kept us nice & toasty on a very cold night. My kids were supposed to sleep on the sofa bed but to our dismay, when we opened it up, it had stained sheets, garbage and something gross under the fitted sheet. I was horrified. We were not provided with any comforter or different sheets for the sofa bed. At that point I wanted to leave but it was dark and we were too tired to look for another hotel that would accept dogs, so we stayed. 3 of us in the king bed and one child on the couch (folded up). I will NEVER, EVER bring my family here again and would not recommend it to anyone who has high standards in cleanliness. Pros: My dog liked the grounds. This is a pet-friendly location. My room, although dirty, did not smell like smoke and luckily, my neighbors were quiet and the heater was not noisy. We were able to find parking and no one messed with our car. I did not feel threatened by other guests."
"Their site lies. They do not offer weekly cleanings during your long stay. They will give you clean linens if you take dirty to office but you do your own cleaning/changing linens. Breakfast offers are limited and they dont always have coffee. Most of the staff is nice but some need training."
"The good: Great location, tucked away from the busy streets and easy access to your vehicle as the doors are outside. Friendly service, from the front desk to the housekeeping employees. The not so good: The rooms are dated, plenty of damaged corners, walls etc. The appliances in our room were from the late 90s. They did work but there were issues. Loud neighbors, which I don't mind every once in a while, but night after night is a bit much. Overall, this extended stay is a bit outdated, but it is on the more affordable side. The employees are friendly and will try to accommodate you in any way they can. So if you're fine with older rooms, some loud neighbors, you should be fine."
"This place sucked. The longer I stayed the more I noticed how dirty it was. The rooms are full of dust and the key cards always stop working. We had an issue one night coming back to the room where both key cards didn’t work. I tried going to the lobby and no one was there to help since there office hours were from 7am-11pm. The lobby should ALWAYS have somebody!! Especially for emergencies like this. There was no way for my husband and I to get back into the room. I had to go sleep in the room my parents were staying in. Also, not once did they come clean the room. We stayed for 5 nights and ran out of toilet paper and clean towels. I can’t express how upsetting this is and they're probably not going to do anything to change it either. It’s getting one star from me because it doesn’t give me the ability to post without giving any stars."
