"We are diamond members and have stayed at many Best Westerns. We have stayed at this one a few times. The desk staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are okay but for the price and the location we needed we are OK with staying there. Be aware however that their cancellation policy is 24 hours instead of the regular Best Western cancellation policies of an hour before their arrival times."

"Our room was absolute perfection! I'm a bit of a germaphobe but I've never seen a cleaner hotel (including the parking lot) and it was so quiet we couldn't believe there were other guests. The tub in our suite had plenty of room for us to enjoy a hot soak together while we watched a movie. The bed was super comfy. I have several dietary restrictions but found lots to eat at breakfast. The attendant was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We had the best staycation we've ever had and can't wait to come back soon!"

"I would recommend staying at a different hotel in the area. This hotel is older and in need of a remodel. If you do decide to stay here, do not get a room with a whirlpool tub, those rooms are covered in black mold. I could smell it as soon as I walked into the room, they try to clean it up but there's no getting rid of it with the way the tubs are set up. I also on 2 different days had sheets with stains on them making the bed feel dirty. I asked for new sheets and those were not stained. The breakfast was not bad, and Jamie did help me when I asked to get a different room with no mold, although she seemed reluctant to do so. I wish I would have booked somewhere else that was a little nicer."

"Had family staying here over the weekend. Things could not have gone more wrong if they tried. Here's what happened to them. "Long story short, we checked in and asked the front desk to add a night to our reservation. This morning, a different person called to find out why our stuff was still in the room. She said the room was booked for someone else and that it was impossible for us to have ever reserved it. She offered to move us into two separate rooms but wouldn't let us speak to the manager and wouldn't call the guy that booked us to straighten things out. I said I was not leaving until I can speak to the manager personally. She said if you're not leaving, I'll just call the police. I forgot to mention that we drove back to the hotel to speak with a manager in person. Before we started the conversation with her, we sent the kids to our room to wait. The boys came back downstairs and said our room key no longer worked. We were locked out of our room with our belongings left inside. So we called the police ourselves. The officer was really nice, escorted us to get our stuff and mentioned that this happens a lot there (??!!) but it's a civil matter and she can't help." I would not want to stay at a place where their mistakes lead to threats of police being called. Then, you have to be the ones to call the police to get your stuff. I feel so bad for my family that had to go through that."

"Not a great entrance and exit situation. Kind of hard to get to and leave. Service was a bit abrupt. There was a manager, I forgot her name, who I interacted with that was pleasant, and helpful. They messed up the reservation, and charged the wrong card. The room was fantastic, must have been a recent remodel. Comfy, quiet, just nice. I would stay again, but would be more careful about the billing."
