"I have stayed here twice, the first trip the restaurant and bar were closed due to staffing issues, one of the reasons I stay here was to be able to grab dinner and a drink on site. I was confused why the manager could not operate the bar in this situation, he was just sitting behind the front desk on his phone My most recent trip when I asked the front desk if the restaurant was open I received an eye roll from an older gentleman and acted like it was an inconvenience for me to be there, the same with the staff at the bar, she was rude, short and was constantly on her phone, I felt rushed and like I was interrupting her day. The rooms are dated, but clean, location is good, especially if you are traveling for business but the customer service is non-existent and cold."

"Looked for a Hilton brand hotel. Found this doubletree. The room was great and they serviced it daily. Got some free waters and cookies. The room looks good and bathroom seems up to date. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"The room was clean and spacious. The decor was dated but that didn't bother me because everything was well maintained. Service mostly OK, but I downgraded to three * because the pricey breakfast was far from great. Location is convenient to most that Tigard has to offer: a big mall, a freeway and middlebrow shopping on Pacific Highway. There are also pleasant walks on the hillside bordering Portland, but I suppose walking tours are not what attracts visitors to casual hotels. Window view from my room was ugly: parking lots and roof of hotel lobby area. Anyway, it is a comfortable place to stay if you are in the area or passing through town."
