"Staff in the office have been extremely helpful with an incorrect address for a package we had sent there. I’m very grateful for their support! We lived at Arbor Heights a number of years ago, and recently accidentally sent a package to our old address. The office staff, went out of their way to assist us in getting the package back from the current resident and getting it shipped to the proper address. Thank you so much for your help! You don’t frequently see service like this anymore!"

"Absolutely appalled by this complex. My husband and I have very busy lives. We filled out an application were approved, we were told they couldn’t hold our unit unless we paid our $400 deposit, which I did. I had time to come and view the unit the very next day. The unit was absolutely filthy. Disgusting, the entire property was filthy and Disgusting. The entire property including the unit I was shown smelt like actual garbage. There was garbage at the stairwells out in front of peoples units in the middle of the day. And then when I called back the very next day less than 72 hours after I had paid them the $400. I was told I couldn’t have my money back!! we have two children in diapers and we need that deposit so that we can get an actual suitable place. So now I have to dispute the charges with my bank. I have never been treated like this by an apartment complex. Their website does not reflect the actual community. I would not move here!!!! Save yourself the hassle and disappointment!!! Update 10/08/2023 We were told we would receive a refund for the $400 considering the situation. They said it would take up to 14 days. It’s now been 6 weeks and we still have not received our money back. I’ve been waiting to revise my review and/or take it down completely. But here we are, a month and a half later still haven’t gotten our money back. why lie to somebody in a written email that you’re going to refund them if you’re not? How can you expect somebody to take their review down before they get their money back? I’ve called multiple times and never get through to anybody. The phone just rings and rings and rings."
