"This place is insane, my x brother inlaw died, (it took them 2.5 weeks to call someone to go in and check on him) after multiple complaints about a smell...Then even though my nephew is the beneficiary they will not allow him to get his Father's things from the apartment (claim he has to file probate) even though Oregon law says he doesn't have too. The VA has even called them , considering my x brother in-law was a Vet (so this is how they treat ppl who have fought for our country & their Children) then tells them they have 5 days to remove his things, but won't let them get anything out until they file probate, claiming it's the law.(we won't even talk about the disrespect the two female office managers have shown and yelled at not only our Family but even the VA case worker.....) makes u wonder if the owners are aware of what kind of ppl they have working for him and trashing their name...... imagine 2.5 week old dead body in the apartment next to you or below or above you. The smell alone, makes you wonder how bad the other apartments are in there or how lazy the managers are considering the neighbors said they had been reporting the smell for a while. If I could give them 0 stars I would. No regard for death of their residents or their Families or even the laws in Oregon, regardless of what state they come from. Not only did I make this review, but I also blasted this all over my FB, Fb groups, Instagram, and tiktok, so everyone can know how this place treats people in a time like this. (And word of mouth)"
"I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star but since it’s the only way I can warn people, I will. My husband and I lived there from April to July of this year and it was the absolute worst experience of our lives. I was 7 1/2 month pregnant when we moved in at the time, we were on the 2nd floor. The only nice looking part of these apartments is the lobby because that’s the part potential tenants see first. Our floor smelled SO bad. It was god awful and seeped into our apartment. Someone’s dog pooped right in front of the stairwell door and it sat there for almost 3 weeks even though we reported it, the apartment cleaners, and management walked through our hall multiple times during that time. There was used toilet paper in the staircase for weeks, there’s half eaten food in there, etc. We had our baby at the beginning of June, at which time we were not told about or each unit given individual notice, that there was a new parking permit sticker and any car with the old one will be towed. The notice was placed in the elevator and assumed that everyone would read it. We were in the hospital for several days due to C-section, we pull in from the hospital and my car is gone. My husband and his dad drive over to the tow yard and while they’re there paying the $300+ to get my car out, his car comes in. This apartment complex has this policy that only 1 car per apartment, NOT per tenant, per apartment, can have access to the parking lot they provide. So what does everyone else do who may be in a roommate situation, etc.? There’s absolutely no street parking. Everyone riskes getting their car towed or a ticket by parking in the bike lane. Throwing this out there, I’m pretty sure management or the owners have some kind of deal under the table with the towing company they work with. They didn’t even look to see if either of us even had a permit sticker, they just took our cars. We know because we asked the guy who towed them and he told us that they just take whatever’s there, even if the sticker isn’t in a window they can easily see. Management is very inconsistent. I’m freshly out of hospital and asked the assistant manager if we could get a visitors pass for my grandma who was coming to stay with us to help us since this baby is our first. He told us they don’t do that. When we asked to speak to the property manager he said “there’s no point. She’s just going to tell you the same thing.” When we managed to push past him and ask her, she gave us one. It took them almost a month to get us a second key to the apartment. The maintenance people aren’t reliable. We make a claim on their app and it goes unnoticed for weeks and it wasn’t until a month later did they actually call to come fix it. My husband also has seen a tenant on the 2nd floor, rob, steal, and be aggressive with the other people on our floor. There’s so much more I could say. But whatever you do, DONT move here. It’s so expensive for an “income based” place and you’re just wasting your time, mental health, and money being there."
"I love it here. My apartment is spacious and a great value for the price. Corinna was patient with all my all my many questions. I had a minor issue that was taken care of right away. I appreciate how responsive the office and maintenance staff were."
"I'm new to renting and this is the first time I'm renting by myself so I had A LOT of questions and concerns but Corrina made me feel safe, understood, and welcome. She answered all my questions with patience and kindness and now I'm all set up comfy and cozy in my new home."
"I love my new apartment! The interior is beautiful, Corina made me feel welcomed and at home from the start. The long paperwork was frustrating but she walked me through everything and made sure I understood why I needed to do everything. Home Sweet Home."
