"Bottom line: Do Not Live Here. Take your money somewhere else. 1 - Parking: There isn't enough parking, if you drive your car at all you will need to rent a carport spot for $45 a month or a garage spot for $85 a month. Problem is the waiting list for carport spots is months long and if you park in the garage your car will be broken into..... 2 - Cleanliness: The building common areas are disgusting and poorly maintained, the areas around the buildings are in the same condition. It's a joke that they advertise this place as "luxury". 3 - Customer Service: Staff only care about getting you into a unit and making sure you make payments. Period. Anything above that is a nuisance to them. 4 - Hidden fees: Trash, sewer, transportation, and common area electric fees are around $150 per month so be sure to add that along with your parking fees to the monthly rent total that they tell you."
"I recently moved in but before making that decision I actually had a conversation with Karen who was great and went over the reviews I was concerned about and was happy with the conversation we had. I’m glad I decided to move in. Consuelo has been amazing through the whole process and it was the easiest move in I’ve ever had. My apartment was clean and looked nice. It feels like home already. Yes the halls may smell sometimes and maybe someone drops something in the hall. That’s on the tenants, management can’t control everything. I’ve only worked with Elizabeth a little bit for an issue with my mail key but that was resolved in minutes. So far I feel I made the right decision. They are amazing ladies to work with."
"This is my first time living in an apartment complex in a big city and I could not have done it without Consuelo's care and guidance through it all! From our very first phone call in July, she has been super helpful, respectful, kind, reliable, and passionate about her work. My roommate and I have had no issues since we moved in and all of our concerns have been addressed pleasantly by Consuelo. I feel lucky to have had a smooth process thus far. Thank you for all you do around here, keep up the amazing work, Consuelo!!"
"Where do I start. The photos speak for themselves. Elizabeth in the leasing office emailed “Housekeeping is off Sundays and Mondays so I know buildings can get a little out of hand I went ahead and set up cleanings on Sundays through a vendor.” These photographs were taken on Wednesday Aug. 23rd between 3:35 pm and 3:37 pm. These are how the buildings look on a regular basis. The trash smell in the building is HORRIBLE. We unfortunately toured this complex hours after the cleaners mopped so things smelled like bleach and floor cleaner. Reality is the building mostly wreaks. The HVAC system in our building has been out all summer and when asked about updates none were provided. Hallways get very hot and lack of air flow traps foul odors. When we moved in we were told someone would be out the first week to start the process to fix our defective living room window. Excuses and additional reasons for delays have been constant. Window is still not fixed and no plans have been communicated to fix it. Other reviews go into plenty of detail of the parking nightmare so I won’t waste too much time on that. Just be aware they will waiting list for parking and the number of people ahead won’t seem so bad. Bait and switch because you will find out the waiting list is only for your specific building and is much longer than they make it out to be. They try to downplay how bad parking is and wait times for get a garage or car port. Sadly they are very nice during the leasing process only to gaslight after you move in when issues arise. RUN don’t walk to another complex. If we were given the options to end our lease without penalty trust me I’d be out in a nanosecond."
