"This is a great place to live. Pool, hot tub, grill and gym. My apartment was a modern open floor plan with all modern appliances. One of the office administrators, Kahleb Dixon, was particularly nice to work with. He always comported himself in a professional manner and was helpful and very responsive. I recommend asking for Kahleb if you plan on renting a unit and/or you are a resident with any issues."

"Update: This may have been one of the worst experiences I've ever had when attempting to move into a place. I was approved and the office team was very unresponsive to my questions/inquiries - and then if they did respond, it was very untimely. Literally with less than 24 hours to move-in, I still did not have an executed lease and they were not answering all of my questions. I expressed my concerns to the Regional Manager, and her response included an offer to just refund my holding deposit and not move in tomorrow. Yes, less than 24 hours to move-in and this happened. This is actually traumatizing - especially being that I have a young child and I have cancer, so now figuring out housing at the last minute was not on my bucket list. But I'm not going to move to a place where I am clearly not wanted and where I've been treated like this before I've even moved in. I should've just accepted the red flags with the 'tour' and not wasted my time. This is a learning lesson for the future. Original Review: Toured it and the place was very spacious and a perfect location. However, we were told to "self-tour". That was a turnoff for me and although the employee was nice- that service is why it loses a star. When choosing to live somewhere and spend a lot of money for it- I want a level of care and service where someone is showing me around, answering questions, and where I have the ability to point out concerns about the unit (it wasn't perfect, but no deal breakers as long as we weren't going to be charged for it later). It was a concern for how I would be treated if I actually became a resident. The price also changed by the next morning - significantly. I am not going to make a rush decision on where to live and for a high priced contract, there should've at least been a quote given that was valid for 24-48 hours. For that reason, it loses another star."

"We just moved into our new unit here and absolutely love it! Managment is great! people are nice. the complex feels safe and clean. We love our spacious new unit is. Parking has not been a problem for us. We love that its kid friendly and that there is a park in the complex. We are expecting out first child and can't wait to bring her home to our new home. My husband and I have nothing but good things to say about this complex!"
