"I really like and enjoy staying at this residence inn! Ive stayed here numerous times and the entire staff is friendly and welcoming. I love how close to running and walking I am to trails and coffee shops. This place is kept clean and smelling good at all time. NOTE: Only reason I don't give it 5stars is because I feel that people should not be allowed to smoke right outside the entry doors. Just my personal preference!!"

"Would have easily been 5 stars. The hotel itself is great and the staff is great other than whoever answered the phone the day I called and asked if my pet could stay, they said yes, $20 a day. Great! After I was home, I noticed a $160 charge on my credit card. I called them. There was a 1 time pet cleaning deposit of $150. (So why they charged me $160, I'll never know). They told me that there's a plaque on the desk that states this fee. I asked why they didn't tell me about on the phone when I called, they simply said they get these calls all the time. I feel like they straight stole from me."

"The hotel email me about the delivered package after I leaving, whether to go back to pick-up or let me arrange another shipment. I arranged a pick-up, email the label to the hotel, but the hotel just return my package back to sender without any notification! What a poor customer service!"

"I’ve stayed here for 88 days so far and have to say: it’s a pretty good setup. The rooms are spacious and with a full kitchen you would think cooking would be a great option. I, personally, was not able to cool any raw meat on the stove. Requiring the burner to be medium-high, the heat and small amounts of smoke set off the fire alarm. I wont rule out myself as being the weakest link here but it also wasn’t the first tome I ever cooked. ANYWAY, the breakfast is good and the employees are the best. I would recommend this hotel any day."

"Absolutely amazing!! Stayed here for a week and the room was spacious so was the shower and bathroom. Full kitchen was so nice to cook your own food and not have to get fast food or take out every night. Views were nice from my specific room but I cannot vouch for all rooms. Beautiful green space to take your dog out. Yummy breakfast and kind staff. Absolutely will be coming back and would recommend to a friend :)"
