"Warning. Don’t stay here unless you want to bring home extra guests. They have carpet beetles. During our stay we had to move rooms, the first room had toenails and hair in the bathroom sink (obviously not cleaned between guests) the second had carpet beetles. We let the front desk know and they didn’t care. Electrical sockets were also loose and wouldn’t hold cords"

"Checked in on 1/19 at 7:40pm. First thing said to me by guy at front desk “Ooh that’s a tough last name, must have been a bad time in high school!” I’m more annoyed than offended because yes, it was a tough time growing up being made fun of. I don’t think he got the hint from my unimpressed facial expression. Just an unwelcome start to the stay here. Have stayed here multiple times and haven’t ever had the most pleasant experiences with staff. My parents also had a room here the same nights as my reservation. At 1:30am, two people walked into their room which terrified my parents as these strangers had been given a key to my parent's room. The front desk then called and woke them up again not to apologize, but to ask them for reservation details. The poor customer experience of this place ruins the otherwise nice hotel."

"I was very pleased with the hotel upon arrival. It’s set back away from the hustle & bustle but close enough to it for convenience. Very clean, modern, quiet. Friendly staff - especially Anna in the restaurant/bar. She was so kind and patient, hard worker too! She was there for our dinner and there again in the morning for breakfast. Overall, clean & quiet, great hotel."

"We arrived and were greeted by a very professional employee named Cody, and she was very helpful. The hotel was very clean and nice. The pool and hot tub were very clean and worked great. We had a drink and snack at the bar, and Ana provided amazing customer service! Food and drinks were wonderful! Would definitely recommend."
