"Be wary! I paid a $300 deposit to hold a townhouse in JANUARY, applied, got denied and have still not received my deposit back. Several emails back and forth of assurances that my refund is in process and I've still not received it. Brooke said it would be refunded before end of February & still nothing. My Next step is Small Claims court. This office is grossly INCOMPETENT & outright DISHONEST. $300 may not be much for this corporation but that is MY money that they seem to think I will just forget about & not pursue to get back. Last email on 3/4 said it's been reissued and guess what? Nothing."

"My experience at Lionsgate south has been outstanding! I have nothing but good things to say about the process applying, moving in, and living here for the past two years. At both times I renewed my lease I was offered a free carpet cleaning which was very nice and considerate! The maintenance team always promptly responds to any work order I put in, as well as the leasing office is very responsive and professional. I love using the gym and how it is open 24/7, (I work night shift and alot of my past apartments closed the gym at 10pm). Overall I love living here and plan to live here for alot longer. Nathan and Alicia in the leasing office are amazing, santos and Dustin on the maintenance team are incredible."

"We love Lion Gate. It is a nice, clean, quiet and safe place. The neighbors are friendly. Although it was built in 1999. They remodel the townhouse from time to time and well maintained. We have viewed several places and several units, read plenty reviews about many apartments. The leasing Manager, Nathan, his team and maintenance staff have been highly attentive and responsive. Nathan has extended a lot of help during our moving, Thanks Nathan! We are lucky too, we managed to get one-month free rental during the promotion period. So if you are new to the area, or relocating, this is a great choice."

"We live at Lions Gate 11 months. very quiet, you can't hear the neighbors, everyone is very friendly. we like the swimming pool in the summer. the team of the complex always answers. in winter the rooms heat up quickly. Great location, there are many shops, restaurants, a gym and a hospital around. Nearby is a park with a lake where you can take a walk in good weather."
