"3 washers for 5 buildings. 6 units per building. 2 washers broke on a regular basis Other laundry room is always full because 1 laundry room is always out of order. We got 1 load done in a weekend due to high demand and non functioning machines Many tenants have complained and nothing ever gets fixed for more than 1 week."
