"IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS This is the best Motel6 I have stayed at. For the price point I can say it’s the BEST MOTEL I have stayed at. Queen Lauren at the front desk is the kindest, sweetest, most helpful front desk staff but also just the best kind of person you ever want in customer service. The owners of the hotel are also the sweetest people and really want guests to enjoy their stay. This hotel is pet friendly also !!! The rooms are ALWAYS spotless as you will see in the pictures. Everything from the bathroom to the floor, the fridge, everything is clean and it smells clean too. I travel for work and have stayed here for months and it is my home away from home. I’m always greeted with a smile, even when I call to reserve whoever answers is always helpful and kind."

"Well really terrible i dont care smoking room or not .....Multiple burn holes in the comforter. The office lady wouldnt stop ranting and raving about the damn rules! Lady im not a tweeker and i am a responsible dog owner! Just ridiculous the repetitiveness of the rules! My door was kinda broke couldnt lock it and the room was about a 100 degrees couldnt turn it down way too hot and couldnt sleep yeah"

"Sleep in your car or find another motel. 6. I can't believe I tipped $20. All I wanted was to sleep for fee hours, not chasing down a deposit. The room was dirty, and the bed had been slept in. Check in was slow and fake niceness, while repeatedly warning about bring others to the room. I tipped $20 just to get out of there and break the tension. No I do not recommend."

"I'm pretty sure they took the bad reviews to heart and fixed everything. Don't be afraid to stay here. There is a wonderful lady named Lauren who worked the desk last night and she was funny, helpful, friendly, responsive and professional. Im glad I didn't read those reviews before I reserved the room, because I would have missed a pretty darn cool night!! Thanks again Lauren! We had a great stay in your town!"

"If you happen to have the misfortune to be assigned a room on the bottom level, be aware that you will hear EVERYTHING from the upstairs rooms. I mean every step, every shuffle of luggage, every cough. The walls and floors of this cheap building are paper thin, and if you are a light sleeper, this motel is NOT for you. The rooms were extremely bare and while they didn't seem dirty, I didn't feel like it was a very thoroughly cleaned room. We found trash from a previous resident in a drawer. I will endeavor to avoid staying here in any future trips through Albany."
