"My fiancé and I moved in and are really disappointed with the condition of the apartment. The carpet is rough and scratchy , the granite on the countertops are chipped, the blinds throughout the whole apartment are difficult to open and close, the windows and screens are so filthy you could barely see through them, the closet rods have broken three times, the shower head is loose and dropping drywall pieces anytime you shower or adjust the direction of the shower head. The fact that they thought it was ok to move someone in like this is ridiculous. I spoke to management and they said that since I didn’t report these things immediately that there is nothing we can do but hope it doesn’t come out of our deposit when we move out. I do not recommend anyone moving here. The management is not helpful at all. Sorry to anyone else who has to deal with this apartment complex."

"The structure, building, and apartments are really nice. Management has their issues, including greed. Rents are jacked up every year. My girlfriend lived there for 3 years and kept a very clean apartment. Never had any complaints and the rental increases every year made it impossible to afford. Then when she moved out we had the place spotless. Cleaned behind and under the stove and fridge, cleaned every single blind, every light fixture, inside and outside every window, the window tracks, etc... It was move in ready. They charged for carpet cleaning as expected, but then charged for 8 hours of cleaning on top of that, which was absurd. The lady checking us out even commented it was the cleanest move out she had ever seen. Oh, also we put all 4 new drip pans in on the stove before moving out, but yet she was still charged for new drip pans. Ridiculous and greedy management. Don't bother cleaning when moving out because they will keep your deposit regardless. Judge for yourself if this looks like an apartment that requires 8 hours of cleaning. Its not worth the time to fight them on it as it would take going to small claims, but need people to understand there is no point trying to get your deposit back because they will keep it no matter what. **Update 10/26/21** Emailed the company as suggested in their response yesterday. I will update this review with the outcome of the discussion. **Update 2/1/22** Took a while for me to update. Management did nothing to right the wrong that prior management did. Understandable...and the reason they reached out is because they state they changed the cleaning deposit policy. It appears the prior policy was that regardless of the cleanliness of the apartment the cleaning people had a list that they cleaned. This is why nobody got refunds, regardless of how clean it was. Just flat out poor practice. They claim it is different now. I urge people who have recently moved out to state if anything has changed."

"RIDICULOUS rent raise. They wanted to charge us more than $1400 for a 1 bedroom apartment. We were originally paying $1200. Don’t expect to get your deposit back because that won’t happen. We cleaned our whole apartment before we left and they still charged us a huge cleaning fee after telling us they wouldn’t if we cleaned. They changed blinds that were already in great condition because we had just gotten them replaced, probably because they just wanted more of our money. Don’t move here, the only person that is friendly on staff is the one maintenance guy that they have to do everything. Parking is a nightmare, there is not any pet space, it’s hard to get in contact with them. They don’t answer their phone when you need them to."

"The apartment itself was great, and the staff also, however when I moved out I spotlessly cleaned the apartment, but because they contract out to clean their apartments after move outs they took the word of the cleaning company that they spent 5 hours cleaning. This was a total ripoff. So out of $500 dollars i received back $173. In the past 5 apartments that I have lived in the least that I have received back was $450, and that was because of carpet cleaning. Be aware that you won’t get a large portion of your rent deposit back no matter how good you clean it."
