"I moved to Chase Village during covid and after I had just got a puppy who would turn out to be 135 lbs. It's almost impossible to find a place that has no breed or weight restrictions AND loves your pet. I remember walking into the office and immediately feeling at home. I received a tour of a 3x2 and it was larger than the 3x1 house I had just moved out of. I could write so much about my 3 years here but take a tour and see for yourself."

"The team at Chase Village is stellar, and love how they show up for their tenants every day! Every time something is reported, the ladies in the office and maintenance crew handle it promptly. I would recommend renting from Chase Village any day!"

"Really thought we had finally found an apartment complex that cared about their residents, but we were wrong. Just a few months ago, I was rating 5 stars and recommended living here to friends, but now, after being ignored by management and continuous issues, i do not feel the same. They will not respond back to you, or if they do, it takes so long that other issues will arise before they can be bothered to help. Our garage was broken into, walls smashed, and hundreds of dollars worth of things stolen. Their response? "You have renters insurance, right?" When I ask to speak with someone after being upset, I am told a manager will reach out... month later, I still never heard from anyone. Safety and security?? not here cause even though they know about the break in (and us not being the only one) when a issue stops the garages from being able to lock and close property they still have not fixed it in almost a month leading to another theift from our garage. Out over $1000 in personal items and feel completely ignored. Their lack of atteniveness is not an isolated instance as when the weather was below 50, we went a full week before we could get someone to come replace a broken heater. I guess this is the "lifestyle we deserve," right?"

With a bit more attention to in-unit improvements and parking requirements, along with night time security, this place could easily earn a full five stars. If you're looking for a place that accommodates your four-legged family members and offers easy access to campus and game day activities, this apartment complex is definitely worth considering."
