"Did Thanksgiving with family in the meadows reck hall. Nice space for small group gatherings. Thank you for letting us use it at a good price."
"I've owned homes almost my entire adult life so this is my first apartment experience in decades. My apartment was immaculate. Everybody seems so quiet. Both managers have been an about delight dealing with. Prompt and excellent communication. I'm sad I had to leave my home behind in another state but I think I'm going to be plenty happy here. Thank you Dana and Onally(sp?)!!"
"Before moving in the place was okay for an apartment but didn’t seem to be repainted or cleaned up extremely well. While living in the apartment the staff seemed friendly for the most part. Then when they decided to charge more for the already spendy rent we decided we wouldn’t be staying another year. That’s when things started to go downhill. Upon move out my roommate and I along with family spent two days DEEP cleaning our apartment I mean scrubbing walls, cleaning the carpet with a nice carpet cleaner, scrubbing cubbards inside and out—the whole shabang. We were expecting very little to no fees considering we left the place nicer than move in day with a few minor knicks and scratches we knew we would be charged. In the end they told us they needed to spend 3-4 hours on cleaning, they needed to charge for painting, our ESA dog had ruined our carpet and we needed to pay for a new one to last six years, and that our total moving out would be almost $2000. I’m just saying they say pet friendly and no closing fees but expect only half to none of your $500 deposit back and don’t have a dog here find somewhere else."
"We've been here almost two years now, and while all the apartments I've lived in have had similar layouts, color schemes, and parking issues, my experience at the Meadows has stood out because of the management and location. I really do love the neighborhood (elementary school, park, bike/walking path with many resident ducks) and its proximity to grocery stores. Management has always been incredibly responsive to issues, whether it was a maintenance problem like a broken garbage disposal, or clearing up miscommunications on lease signatures. I also appreciate that they keep our packages safe in the office and out of the hands of porch pirates. My past experiences with apartments in Portland and Gresham have been that any time you needed to ask something of/or communicate something to management, it was best to prepare for a bitter, protracted fight about that thing (or to be ignored), so in that way this experience has been incredibly refreshing."
"These apartments are fantastic! I love living near the stream where I get to see the ducks everyday. I live in a 1BR where it is the perfect size for one or two people to have plenty of space. The management is great, very responsive. The washer and dyer hookups makes life easy. My neighbors are friendly. The other great things these apartments come with is a dishwasher, tub in the bathroom, patio/deck with private storage, the perfect size dining space, and you get a covered assigned parking space. My only [small] "complaints" would be there are a couple spots in the floor that squeak, the bathroom counter top is not my preferred color scheme, and additional parking may become difficult if you are coming home in the evening/night. The trade off is well worth it though for everything you get and for a great price!"
