"The ABSOLUTE worst experience I’ve ever had at any apartment complex just trying to apply. It took 5 business days to be told they needed proof of my income. I let them know my unique situation proving I have funds from a home recently sold. I screenshot the info for banking and they didn’t like the info I provided as a modern day financial document. The statement in the bank doesn’t go to the date they need as the home sold this month. I do not work and am divorcing and instead of listening and providing actual spacing on the application form for them to verify I have the funds and more than 3x the monthly rent, I was told again like a robot what they needed. Banks are done online, so I’m unsure what documents could possibly be better than screenshots with all my info. I had to contact Matty 6-8 times just to get info and many times emails, portal communication, and calling them didn’t work! Matty left me hanging after saying hold on 2 minutes yesterday I waited an hour and left two messages and had to reach out to the property management outside of Farmstead just to get someone to freaking respond and they didn’t even call me! I’m done. I was so looking forward to this place but as I’ve learned, if it’s THIS hard at the beginning, it’ll be worse living there later. Also there is literally zero discounts for being a new building and has weird restrictions that are just ridiculous. Poorly ran place! I’m furious and asked for my application money back so we will see. Sadly, they’ll most likely respond like a corporation does with an automated response: “sorry you feel this way.” They didn’t even explain WHY they took so long to reply, respond, call, or email. What is going on at this office?!"

"So here is the nuts and bolts of it. Staff is great. Developer not so much. Pool/Spa failed inspection. So all amenities are closed. From what I can see there is no good date in front of us. No bbq’s no fire pits and no one working on it. Since it failed I have seen no one working on the things that are wrong. Construction is loud and never ending. Parking is difficult as they have so many areas gated off. No guest parking! None! No mailboxes to get your mail. You can go to the office to get your mail but only during open hours. Nails everywhere. I have reviewed for Google maps for years and hesitated making this review but just know what you are getting into. When I got my garage it was full of screws, nails and cigarettes. Had to clean that up myself. Not to mention only “VERY” small cars will fit. So in closing. One day it will be a very nice place to live but now is very frustrating. Again not the staff’s fault but know what you are signing up for. I rented for the amenities and there are zero and no date on sight."
