"I decided on Englewood Terrace after returning to Oregon from a deployment to Iraq in 2020. I was home just in time for Covid and the lock downs. Even though I was laid off I continued to pay rent without utilizing Oregon's eviction moratorium. I was hoping to get a higher paying job before my lease ran out. While waiting, I went to a monthly lease for March. When it became clear I didn't get the job, I informed on site management I could no longer afford the rent. Despite no damage to the apartment, on move out inspection I was told the place looked great, u was told I may not get my deposit back because I technically didn't give 30 days notice. Leah, onsite management is wonderful. It was her boss who denied my refund. I understand the business side of things, but to deny a refund to a tenant who did everything in their power to pay rent in time. Not hide behind eviction moratoriums. And ensure the apartment was cleaned and in as good a shape as before moving in. I feel , in light of last year's ordeals, is a slap to the face for those of us who lost so much while trying their best to make the best of a bad situation. In short. Englewood Terrace isn't worth the price with so many other, larger, nicer , more affordable apartment complexes in the area. P.S you're charged to pay rent online. Not worth it."

"Cheap apartments, recently got new roofs & windows though the insulation is basically nonexistant so it stays cold a lot. The management installed humidifiers that greatly affects your electric bill. Definitely has mold... ours was infested with a variety of small bugs, I saw ants & a variety of white & black bugs. Lived here for not even a year & they've done at least 5 inspections, like why? Never lived somewhere that did it more than once in a year. For the price these apartments are alright but not great"
