Hampton Inn & Suites Portland Tigard

"If you ever find yourself in the Portland area without knowing where to stay, 100% recommend this hotel. Coming from Chicago, I stupidly did not do enough research and chose a random hotel that ended up being one of the worst decisions I've ever made. Luckily, my brother and I found this hotel and were able to stay at this hotel Hampton Inn Tigard. It was one of the absolute best hotel experiences I've ever had without exaggeration. The hotel itself is very nice and new, the room was clean, bathroom is very nice and clean, free delicious breakfast, free parking, comfortable beds, close to highway, close to stores (right by Costco) honestly need I say more? S/o to the night manager/front desk attendant I unfortunately do not remember her name she has blonde hair and a friend in Michigan. I won't forget that she provided us with absolutely wonderful and amazing customer service. If you are planning to come to the Portland area stay here you will not regret it! If I ever come back to Oregon, I wouldn't stay anywhere else that is how much I truly recommend this hotel."

"Brands new hotel. Super clean and beautiful. Beds super comfy and soft with down comforter. Amazing water pressure for shower. Breakfast had great selections."

"We had a great stay here. Pool was clean, beds were comfortable and it’s in a great location that felt safe. The only downsides were there wasn’t very many towels by the pool and the walls are very thin so we could hear our neighbors TV."

"I cannot speak more highly of the staff here at the Hampton. They did everything they could to accommodate my family during the Portland snow and ice storm in January! They were friendly, kind, and worked incredibly hard during what I’m sure was a very challenging time for all of them. Mandy and another receptionist (I wish I knew her name!! Blonde hair!) went above and beyond to secure a room for my kids and dogs. And Erica took such great care of us at breakfast each morning, she is so dedicated to her work and to providing exceptional service to hotel guests. These three people were incredible. The room and pool was wonderful! Thank you!!"

"This hotel is relatively new with very clean and well decorated lobby and rooms. The beds and linens were comfortable. The gentleman serving breakfast on Tuesday was an absolute delight. The counter staff was friendly, and the location was perfectly suited for our needs. However, twice upon our return to the hotel the front desk agent was standing outside the main door smoking, so we had to walk through smoke to get into the building. The walls in the rooms are very thin. All three in our party listened to conversations from the rooms next door, including fighting from one unit. I had to turn on a white noise app to sleep. There were also footsteps from above all three rooms. They could definitely stand some extra insulation. And even though their signage says fresh linens every other day, our rooms were never serviced on a three night stay."
