"My partner and I have lived here for almost a year now, and we will definitely be renewing our lease. Not only do we love living here, but we absolutely adore so many on-site staff members here. Especially Alexis H in the office! She goes above and beyond for all the residents here, and is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her work. The only thing I would change about this place is having amenities like the dining room/area open for free until later! Besides that, the apartments are updated and beautiful, the gym and pool are stellar, and people here are genuinely kind and friendly! If you’re looking for a nicer place to live with amazing residents and staff, this is the place to be. Thank you Alexis H for everything you do!"

"I recently moved from Oak Street Lofts and I have too say that my experience with Stacy was very positive. She transferred to another location and with just a month before I was scheduled to move out. During that month, several different people were in and out of the office at various times. The office was often closed when it was supposed to be open. No one was there to take my keys when I moved out. I gave them to my daughter as I was moving out of state. She had to return 5 different times before finding anyone in the office. My problem now is that I never received a statement or refund. After two weeks of calling I got my statement which shows incorrect information and I have yet to reach anyone at the office to get it resolved. I left several messages for call back but I haven’t been contacted. I would like the refund that I am owed. Greystar is not a good company to do business with!"

"I just moved recently and Alexis H was my tour guide, leasing agent for the unit that was open. Alexis has went above and beyond helping me with this apartment, I recently moved cross country and was able help get me approved and moved in within days. She has been very attentive and always kept me up to date during the application process. She also let my dog tag along and has been very friendly and really made this process go smoothly. I highly recommend oak street lofts. She also made sure my apartment was in tip top shape before move in!"

Amenities and building are really clean, you can tell they take great of everything. My neighbors have been great. The apartment I moved into has a wetland view and with the high ceilings and furnishing it’s like a dream for apartment life. Very excited about my time here to come."
