"I only recently moved in so I will only be speaking on the move in and transition that was experienced. Misty and Bailey are incredible. Very kind and calm. Clearly they have experience in dealing with problems that crop up. My move in was seamless. Any maintenance issue that cropped up when walking the apartment was dealt with swiftly and effectively by the legend that is the maintenance man. This is not my first apartment I've lived in, but most certainly is the first to make the transition that much easier. The updater email site that helps you get your utilities and mail figured out is very helpful. Of course there are issues with the building itself, that comes with any apartment complex. Just report it to management and they seem to take care of it."

"I’ve lived here for over 3 years and the office staff is the best yet. I had a problem with my stove and they replaced the unit immediately, no questions asked. I was really impressed. The landscaping is also the nicest it’s looked since I’ve been here. And most importantly, management never once raised the rent in the era of Covid. That is almost unheard of. Highly, highly recommend living at Maybeck At the Bend."

The management company is on top of things with plans to continue improving the property to maintain a comfortable, quality living experience. "This place is an absolute nightmare! I have lived here two years and they have now hired their 8th apartment manager. That's right, the EIGHTH ONE! Supposedly, the manager quit immediately because of "family issues" and the assistant manager got a better job. Ever since I moved here two years ago, this place has gone completely downhill. Also, please do not believe ANY of the positive reviews. They are all lies. A few months ago, management was begging any and everyone to please write a positive review to boost their rating because they started to get negative reviews. This apartment complex is a joke. There is no security, no safety features or measurements being taken, and there is no management on site. Even when they did have management, they were hardly ever in the office, responding to emails, and hardly ever answering the phone. The office has been closed for about three weeks now. Maintenance is horrible also. Things literally take two or more weeks to get fixed- you're lucky if someone even responds to your issue. Everything about this place is terrible. I truly feel bad for new tenants. These apartments have severe spider, ant, and mold issues. It is truly not worth the hassle to move here. The grounds are unkempt, people don't pick up after their animals, there isn't even a playground or play area for children. The walls are very thin. You can hear people talking, going to the bathroom, having sex, even arguments. I am so glad and relieved that I am about to move out of this place. Please DO NOT look or even decide to rent here, you will deeply regret it."
