"Next to a dive bar. No fridges Construction on the street. Homeless in the trash bins. Paying for convenience of location. Had an employee just walk in at 10.00 am. No knock no call if I was checking out. Very different from my last stay here last year very much fell they only are concerned about their bottom line not customer service."
"I booked my room on May 8th (nearly a full month before my stay) and confirmed my booking, twice. I drove three hours and when I arrived, I was told that my room had been sold and there were no other rooms to put me in. The lady at the font desk was very nice and I know it wasn’t her fault directly, but the situation was still upsetting. We ended up finding a different hotel to stay at but all in all, don’t trust that your booking will actually be there when you arrive."
"For the most part this was a perfectly pleasant stay for the price. No frills (make sure to bring your own shampoo) but the room was updated, very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, there was free wifi and a good TV. No issues with noise. There was no iron in the room but they let us borrow one from the front desk. My big issue was that the non-smoking room we had smelled like smoke. It wasn't so bad that it seeped into our clothes and hair but it was immediately noticeable. I don't know if someone smoked in there recently or if it is remnants of decades of smoking in the past."
